Taken at Lake Eola in Orlando last weekend. We saw this bird catch a fish and then eat it! I thought it was pretty awesome, personally. :B

Woah, did it spear the fish with its beak? That IS awesome! :D

That's a really great shot. I especially like the color of the water and the way the light is shining on the bird's back. :)

It DID! :XD: In fact, I have another picture of it when it turned it's head away from me, that shows the speared fish even better. I posted it in the meetup thread on DoA, since I took this during a dollie meet, but will post the pics on my LJ later on. :)

Thank you! :heart: It was super sunny out, but a really lovely day otherwise, and Lake Eola is a pretty place. ^_^
